Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • There is one exterior security camera at this home: a doorbell cam to the left of the front door facing outwards. There are no other cameras on site.
  • The back deck is accessed from the kitchen and dining area of the home. The deck has stairs to the lower deck and offers a gate for the main deck.

Policies and Rules

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • This home allows up to 99 dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per dog plus taxes.
  • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice for $25 per night plus taxes. This provides two wrapped bundles of wood and a firestarter per nightly bundle.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Access in Winter

  • The town of Beech Mountain requires AWD/4WD and potentially chains in order to access the mountain in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly!

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kitchens are stocked with utensils and cooking basics. A starter set of paper products is provided (a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths). These are intended for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.
  • TV is equipped for streaming. Bring your streaming logins.
  • The induction cook-top instructions are provided in the guide.
